ADDITONAL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

College Bound Florida must have the following documents on file in order for players to participate in tournaments.  There will be a check-in table at every tournament where these items will be required in order for your child to participate:

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A current report card showing child’s actual grade level (parentLink printouts will not work)
  • A close-up picture of your child. School pictures are great!
  • $50 Registration Fee
